What are some of the best things about your team?
My interactions with my team (although we all individual contributors) seem pleasant and constructive. Would like a bit more collaboration with on boarding, knowledge exchange, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most tech companies have an established equity program (ours is still TBD) and unlimited vacation. Vacation policy allows 2 weeks in first year. However, one of the weeks MUST be used during company shut down between Christmas and New Year's or you end up needing to take unpaid leave. Not cool.
