There are multiple steps which I believe is a good sign of a professional HR department. Interviews were friendly and to the point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is cheerful atmosphere, people troll each other in an absolutely friendly way and people also care about each other. Everyone is also very helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's very structured - there are deadlines, there are priorities, tasks are decomposed into smaller digestible chunks. Overall, there is also a lot of common sense.
