What is the best part about your compensation package?

Equity in a company like this is amazing. The commission is uncapped and your income is entirely up to you.

The company pays for healthcare coverage.

Low base salary in sales but very competitive commissions

Unlimited personal and vacation time.

Very competitive for a startup

Equity is a big part of the compensation here and we all feel like we are building something that will be hugely successful (which would make our equity hugely valuable).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
