Really a great experience for entry level positions!

I was able to leave my impression on a department that didn't exist when I started. I was listened to and continue to have a voice in the shaping of the department. I've learned an immense amount and learn something every single day. B12 has been the company I have learned the absolute most from.

There is red tape, but it's not that thick!! Everyone here is very involved with the growth of the teams, the office, and the product.

Everyone's voice gets heard! Leadership does a great job of keeping morale up and making sure we're headed in the right direction in terms of shared goals.

My team has an incredibly diverse background which makes us all stronger. We always come up with examples of things we used to do at our former companies and incorporate it to fit well with what we're doing now.
