I was able to leave my impression on a department that didn't exist when I started. I was listened to and continue to have a voice in the shaping of the department. I've learned an immense amount and learn something every single day. B12 has been the company I have learned the absolute most from.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all extremely respectful to each other. We're tolerant and kind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity in a company like this is amazing. The commission is uncapped and your income is entirely up to you.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet my future co-workers. Everyone seemed to care about interviewing me and made sure I was the best person for the role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone's voice gets heard! Leadership does a great job of keeping morale up and making sure we're headed in the right direction in terms of shared goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we have the freedom to test something we think could work. I have many freedoms I enjoy here and when I find something that works in terms of efficiency or automation, it gets heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has an incredibly diverse background which makes us all stronger. We always come up with examples of things we used to do at our former companies and incorporate it to fit well with what we're doing now.
