Good pay and amazing benefits
Competitive salary with a good benefits package
I have a preference for high base pay. But I appreciate that every employee fets a performance bonus. I also like that leadership has a stake in the overall performance of the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The volume of work and expectations is a lot.

Everyone is so willing to help!
We happily and willingly work together for the good of the company.
The culture of coaching is prevalent throughout the ranks. We all help each other be better.
They are always Friendly and Smart
Collaboration is everywhere. You bounce ideas around frequenelty and its a fun atmosphere
