Great benefits, 1 volunteer service day off, unlimited pto

Programs consolidated under new ownership, Follett company. are now more restrictive
Market research shows that the same position can fetch 10 to 20% more at other companies in the area

The people in general are the best thing about going to work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there's more to life than books!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Small teams, easy to engage
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
SVP sales, library is not involved beyond his Accountant duties. Needs to acknowledge his staf
The company needs to have pride in their facilities, the offices are dumpy!
