If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Baker & Taylor?
Better Pay, Better Work/Life balance, better healthcare insurance. Pride in the facilities is a must, Offices are old, dirty, and outdated and makes the company feel 'tired'. Maintenance and management doesn't seem to care about stains on the carpets, desks falling apart, dirty walls and lights out.

Communication has improved with the new ownership, usually get weekly or bi-weekly updates. Executives allow certain failing departments to continue to waste limited dollars and resources

Fairly good. However, in IT, you are expected to be on call one week every 3 weeks and do not get any extra compensation for it.
