Provide clear goals. Don't run multiple large projects at the same time. Stop moving the target. Stop derailing projects that are almost done. Listen to your employees. It's great to be optimistic and positive but a reality check is needed at the highest level. Trust your experts to do their jobs.

Part of my team I love, however, many of the people in my office are closed off and cold towards new employees. I don't feel like many people have made an effort to get to know me or ask me about myself other than work-related inquiries. The vibe in the office is not warm and welcoming.

Give people time to do what you want and/or ask them to do. Managers with direct reports have too many meetings to also manage a caseload. Invest in existing technology

I just want to be paid fairly for the work I do, and I want to stop feeling like I'm the go-to person on the team to take on ever increasing responsibilities with no change long term to job/pay.
