Paid Paid, they offer a healthy annual reimbursement to go on vacation, to help make sure you take your time off and thoroughly enjoy it.

I love the 401(k) match of up to 6% and it is matched at 100% and I am vested immediately when that money hits my account. I also really love the paid paid vacation where they reimburse up to 2K of my vacation expenses.
The company pays for each employee to take a vacation each year. It's called paid paid vacation, so you get paid time off and they pay you for the vacation expenses!
It's fairly cheap for someone that is on their own.
My compensation is not set it and forget it. Bamboo gives generous time off and they make efforts to ensure people take personal time. They will even pay for your vacation!

Paid, Paid Vacation is typically the big one here at Bamboo, which is totally great. But we also have really affordable health benefits, ID theft protection, and others that are really great. Our benefits seem to really be focused on making sure we and our families are well taken care-of.

It's fair and carefully considered. It's not exorbitant. But all our needs are taken into account.
