At first you think you are in a weird honeymoon period where people are wanting to know about your life and looking for ways to support you in your development at work but then you realize people are just genuinely inclusive and caring. They will help you with anything from building your house to working through a work-related problem. People are generally open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
