I've had a wonderful experience so far. Starting off at an entry level position, I've been able to get promoted over the past several years to be in a management position today. This job has given me a reason to go back to school to finish my education so I can further pursue a career in banking.

my past three years here have been stressful at times, but overall I've learned so much about my own capabilities and am excited to have a banking career.

we dont give up, Whatever setbacks or hurdles we face, we find work arounds, and ways to work with what we have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In our department, the leadership team really trains me to handle a variety of different scenarios and situations. They have mentored me to become a better leader and manager for my teammates as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
despite our differences, we can ultimately come to a conclusion as to what our vision for our department is. Our teammates are more than willing to volunteer when needed and are eager to help out the team in any way they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture in our team is great I think. We strive to keep it as open and honest as possible to avoid possible miscommunications and misunderstanding. I feel comfortable around them and it truly feels like a community here with everyone working together towards a common goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility and trust. I am able to pursue my personal goals of graduating and obtaining a degree through this company through the education reimbursement program. My managers trust me to give me the flexibility to finish my education while still handling my job and work responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas and are accepting of my efforts. I often find it difficult to voice my opinions and ideas, but here, my managers have gone the extra mile to make me feel heard and make me feel like my work and contribution to this company is important.
What makes you most happy at work?
Resolving issues. When my teammates come to me with a problem, I love being able to find the solution for them. Or if I'm with a customer who had a problem, no matter how long it takes, once we reach a resolution to their problem, the feeling of satisfaction is great.
