
The environment can be quite warm, and certain managers do genuinely care about the success of their employees. Its just other factors within the company that can cause hinderance to the success of employees and the company as a whole.
Everyone needs to contribute to help the company succeed. If someone is unable to complete the task they are assigned, then they should reassess themselves; instead of causing issues for their coworkers. As long as everyone is performing there are no issues, but many people lack performance.
Management needs to focus on current strong performing employees and developing those employees to be the future of Bank of Hope rather than hiring from the outside. This lowers morale and we lose a lot of good employees due to this, and they are not being replaced by capable people.
The cost of living and market has changed very much, for Long Term employees, getting 1-3% annually from minimum wage when they were hired 10 years ago, its not nearly enough to live off of today. Employees are not getting paid enough to survive, while new hires are being overpaid for no performance
