We get along socially, and they are more receptive than our manager.

Transparency and directly communicating to all departments through methods such as town halls.

A greater focus on forward-thinking and process improvements in comparison to the way things are done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hire a top consultancy to review all processes in benchmarking against industry standards and best practices. Our manager does not seem to understand the proper framework and programs.
