Everyone is personable and approachable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone takes responsibility for their work, shares equally in the labor, and is professional and courteous.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are courteous to one another and respect each other's personal boundaries. Generally, there is a sense of teamwork and collaboration.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Some business units are in a rush to get things done/reviewed by other departments in the process, which puts additional stress on those departments who already have a lot of other work already going on. Need better planning of timelines and better training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary under market; Bonus should be all cash; I don't feel valued or rewarded when I cannot enjoy equity bonus immediately (due to annual partial vesting) nor can I get it if I leave the Bank (earned but unvested portions left on table). Feels like it benefits the Bank more than the employee.
