I wouldn't say I am excited about going to work. It is a good place to work but career growth is important & merit increase need improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When your team understaff and doing the work of 4 people but getting paid for the work of one. What would make it better would be a merit increase .
