Just being around my co-workers and the customers.

We are a family. We look out for each other.

Everyone works together well. There is no competition. They are like a family.

I appreciate many things about my compensation package. I think the medical benefit is the best!

Everybody works together. There is no conflict. We all share a common goal to do the best job and help each other out.

I like that no matter what, I can talk to my managers about any issues and they do their best to help out. They are accessible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are usually very busy, but it makes time pass quickly. There are no petty fights and everyone works together to make sure everything gets done.

If there is anything we need in our department or others, all we need to do is ask and there is always someone who will be able to help us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have been here a long time. Think a promotion would be advised. The rating system for reviews is very unfair. We are rated on something that not all of us have the ability to change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works so well together. There is nothing that I can ask of my group that isn't fulfilled. We help each in every way and we always have each other's back. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. I have been in banking since 1985 and have never been happier.
