People are willing to work together towards a common goal and for the most part do not let ego get in the way of progress.

the package is competitive and fair. Only thing that could be improved is the ability to cash out the accumulated vacation time if not used within the year.

The mutual respect everyone has for each other. There are always exceptions, but the organization is judged based on the majority and not the minority of those experiences.

The team is open to new ideas and is innovative to be able to do more with less. They come in everyday with an attitude to get things done and are rarely looking for reasons to push back.

The team has mutual respect for each other and works very well together. They are always willing to step in and help each other. We have developed a really friendly and productive culture within the team due to the willingness of everyone to help achieve the goals.
