What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to have more active collaboration between Lending, retail deposits and TMS. One party should never be superior to the others!@
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If I say I am fully satisfied with my compensation, it would be a lie. I can Say I am happy with insurance coverage, hourly wages now but would be happy if I can get more~~(*^^*)
