What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they are all ethnic groups so it is very valuable group.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The longer you work, the more you lose salary and promotions. as a result long term employees are rather discouraged. Such contradictions really must be taken seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at my 22 years of experience and experience, I think my title and salary are significantly lower. I've been devoted myself to BOH for a long time but such an important value was not appreciated. I think such employees will ultimately bring greater progress and benefits to the company.
