My team understands the importance of our role at the bank and is invested in our success has a department whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team understands the challenges faced in the banking industry currently and is actively working to understand and improve those focused areas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I believe the company can improve employee transparency in compensation by establishing enterprise guidance for compensation and corporate titles based on quantitative responsibilities and market comparisons
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As the bank has grown in size, the small bank employee culture, naturally has been stressed, however the majority of my peers throughout the company understand this and work towards sustainable change to met new needs and requirements
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy an environment that allows my expertise to be fully utilized. As the Bank grows, more and more is required from us, which leaves no shortage of work and is an opportunity to provide my skills and knowledge as a value to sustain the Bank's future
