I would say a lot has changed since I joined the bank, after a few merges. It is getting better, so I am looking forward for great changes

We work as a team and get along very well. The respect and admiration towards each other is like no other. We work in a positive enviroment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have great dedication and commitment to the bank , yet I feel compared to my peers, i feel undervalued and not acknowledged or recognized.. hopefully with new management and leadership I may be able to expand in my career
