I wish there were more rewards for employees who do a good job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The working environment is not supportive, but employees are adaptable, understandable, and responsible for their work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

It seems that they are only making demands rather than taking care of their employees. There is also a lack of compensation for employees who do a good job.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team has a lot of experience and a strong sense of responsibility. Our team tries to finish a lot of work within a set time, even if it means working overtime.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Manager just say I am doing a good job but don't have the opportunity to negotiate my salary. If you look at the salary for the past three years, it is not even close to the inflation rate at all. As long as you don't change jobs, no matter how long and hard you work, your salary will hardly change
