safe surroundings , improved employee work training, communication , thoughtfulness, understanding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual evaluation score is not appropriate. It would be nice if SICK DAY that is not used every year is paid, and bonuses are given twice a year.
