Stop complaining and start communicating with managers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It needed to make the transition from only Korean speaking to bilinguals in branches.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Please educate the leaders at branches that they are responsible for writing their own emails.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that I’m not being appreciated or promoted for having to deal with things that managers or officers can not handle or manage at branch such as working with non Koreans and/or writing emails on beha

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They especially the leaders at branches need to be educated to hire/retain/promote bilinguals for the growth of the company. It is pathetic to see BM, OM, AO trying to avoid non Korean customers as they are not able to communicate and capable of understanding their needs.
