What did you like most about the interview process?It was predictable and moved quickly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring practices and interviewing need to be restructed. More clarity on how training will be provided especially with little to no experience for those with cash handling. Systems are so out of date and not technologically advanced.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?It took a very long time to get hired
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Need to take DEI seriously. Need new blood and new thinking in management. Stop managing by fear.
