The interview process seems to move very smoothly.

I like that my supervisor was interested in learning about me

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is usually a group interview so you get to meet your coworkers ahead of time.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I was able to give examples of situations I've been in before and how I handled them.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I had 5 people at my interview, which to be honest is a bit extreme for my position.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I liked that I got to meet and talk to not only the higher-up managers but the immediate supervisor.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Too much emphasis on degrees and not enough creedence given for proven accomplishment and effective influence on positive patient outcomes

They seemed very desperate for an employee. I almost knew what I was getting myself into but it was worth a trial so that I can appreciate good employers.

Not so much the interview, but the process to make it through recruiting, onboarding and background checks is too long and the website to find open positions is atrocious

To get recruiters to interview correctly

Speed it up, and make it less difficult

Transparent salary explanation and review
