Banner Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen and care about my needs and concerns

The leadership does the best they can with what they are given

Review from Operations Dept

fun and engaging with all team members

Their transparency about what is coming.

Very involved.... in the financials.. not in work/life balance or understanding safe nursing-patient ratios.

i'm not sure how i would rate them

Review from Customer Support Dept

Team work and making sure our voice counts

All of them are kind and caring, in & out of work. All are down to earth and ready to jump in and do what it takes to make Banner successful at providing top notch healthcare.

Leadership is approachable, supportive, and fosters growth

Communication is clear and helpful

my team NOW is phenomenal and supportive. The issue is that I've had a revolving door or leaders in the past several years, each with their own priorities, vision and self-interests

Always willing to listen to their employees

It seems like the team lead knows how to manage a team properly

My boss is great and flexible.

Leadership lead ina good leader wat

Supervisor is helpful, thoughtful, flexible, and kind. . Director is a bully and has had numerous HR complaints but still he remains as director.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they listen and help improve any issues we have

Open communication, value your input

Review from Operations Dept

My manager is very personal and always willing to help me achieve what I want

Review from Customer Support Dept

My leadership team has supported me, and given me opportunities to advance and thrive in my positions!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

more transparent, better communication, equal opportunities, more team focused

Communication, and providing their employees with the tools to succeed.

Being a good leader means having the skills to support and communicate with your team, as a team. A good leader shows integrity and a willingness to help you grow and learn. When you feel Targeted and belittled by leadership, the end result is devastating.

Quality of patient care and standards

Everything mainly putting patients first over profits

The leadership in the kitchen and Environmental Services department needs to be replaced with people that know how to manage other human beings, not just hired at obscene amounts of money to manage a department without even stepping into it on a daily basis.

Listen to and assist with concerns

Listening to their employees and not brushing their concerns under the rug

They just need a new leadership team. The ones there know nothing about work ethics. Not everyone is qualified to be a supervisor or manager.

Favoritism is beings utilized for shift schedule

Everything they have poor managment

GIVING CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE, NO FAVORITISM. LISTENING AND PAYING ATTENTION ARE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. TAKE THE TIME TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT EMPLOYEES ARE SAYING...AND NOT DISMISS IT

Review from Customer Support Dept

The leadership team needs to learn how to have difficult conversations with staff.

Need to stop belittling their workers and stop telling them they are over paid for what they do. Need to build better management/employee relationships.

Programmatic growth and development. Efficient patient care.

Stop bullying and support us instead of fighting us on everything. Morale busters..

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to the employees and making sure they are not spreading favoritism.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Listening to their employees. Put a little faith in us.
