The team tried to keep everyone motivated and help each other out. The clinicsl nurses. The upper management nurses wouldnt know how to work the floor... chart.. or use the equipment.
There is nothing positive in my company. Our meetings are negative. We don't get recognition for our work.
I think its a good place to work and to get to know who you work with on a daily basis

The co-worker I shared office with was full of negative energy. When she got in the room you could feel the negativity. The other -co-worker was better but she lacked leadership skills.
