we are all doing the same job, and can step in to eachothers duties seamlessly, until we get a new hire that has to DO EVERYTHING
Our night team is supportive and great to work with. Staff meetings address lots of issues and our leaders work to help us meet our goals.
We help each other daily.
Transparent boss who helps balance the workload, allows us to work with independence and values diversity and flexibility. My co-workers are amazing, we help each other learn and grow.
Treated fairly and great teamwork... if you got the Covid vaccination... if Not, you are treated poorly, judged and "educated" daily as to why you are the reason Covid still exists.
Nurses care more anout patients than management
The ability to laugh through the hard days, cry when you're experiencing personal things. Trusting each other that job will get done.... Being 70% on days when your best is only 30% because life is life and nobody can be perfectly bubbly and 100% all the time.

Leadership. Respect the time of others
Eliminate bullying culture and toxic behaviors. People should speak up when others are being treated badly or when assignments are unbalanced. There should not be retailiation for employees doing the right thing, from their own coworkers.

Better management that is more organized in the meetings.
Oh Lawd! I met a co-worker who was sabotaging me. She was very defensive and would do anything to be "right." She lacks respect and she is a smarty pants. She snitched on me and reported every little mistake yet I was only a few days/weeks old in the organization. She made me quit.
HIRE SOMEONE WITH SOME SORT OF EXPERIENCE - AND NOT MAKE IT A SINK OR SWIM SITUATION
