I get to learn new things everyday with the encouragement and support of my teammates.
99% is paid by my employer!! I couldn't believe it when I first saw it, this is incredibly generous and relieving to know I'm covered without paying with the arms and legs I'm trying to keep healthy. :)
My team (and really all those outside of it) are always willing to help, ready to learn or take on new tasks, provide feedback when asked and are genuinely stellar examples of what it means to be a good person.
They ask for feedback often and try their best to incorporate it into company culture, product roadmap, etc. They also really encourage us to use the awesome unlimited PTO we are offered so we can all be fresh and motivated as much as possible.
The bar raiser interview got me the chance to talk to a culture-keeper of the company in a relaxed and casual setting so I felt that who I was as a person was taken into account and that the culture was precious enough to protect from negative, or otherwise unwelcoming people.
We all probably work too much but truly want to and actually do help each other to get it all done. Then we tell each other to go eat, sleep, take a break or the day off, and it means so much to do the job efficiently and painlessly with that kind of support from your teammates.
