What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and paid 12 weeks of family leave
Salary and yearly reviews, equity amount.
Monthly wellness stipend! Gives me the ability to treat myself when I normally would not and has been a huge positive impact on my mental health
I really love our benefits package & pay. I believe we pay fairly for work and the benefits are top notch

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How approachable the executive team is
No strict deadlines. No rush. Leaders take responsibility. Blameless retrospectives.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given a project that gave me a true understanding of what the role would entail.
I loved culture interviews with other team members
They were incredibly transparent about next steps and very responsive throughout the process. I always knew when to expect updates (and they actually adhered to those timetables!!)

Eliminate tests and unnecessary extra interviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
To see the product growth, usage and our happy customers
Coworkers, superiors, and culture, its a great place
Being able to voice my opinions without fear of backlash or job security
Seeing my team growing and developing their skills
I'm happy with my team mates and leaders, because if I will make a mistake, they will help me and show me the better path
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need better direction from leadership. A multi-year vision would be helpful. I feel like we are short sighted
What do you like best about your company?
They are energetically positive and well organized. Always focused on creating value for both clients and collaborators, they are also transparent and very understanding.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
For me they are perfect, nothing to improve.
