What did you like most about the interview process?

I was given a project that gave me a true understanding of what the role would entail.

I loved culture interviews with other team members

They were incredibly transparent about next steps and very responsive throughout the process. I always knew when to expect updates (and they actually adhered to those timetables!!)

The test process. I used to pass a test but do not remember the site and of course there was a question about how I may test the feature that was given from my future lead.

Honest conversations and clear understanding of perspectives

The bar raiser interview got me the chance to talk to a culture-keeper of the company in a relaxed and casual setting so I felt that who I was as a person was taken into account and that the culture was precious enough to protect from negative, or otherwise unwelcoming people.

They didn't ask about technical things, they focused on what can I do for them and how they will support me.

The process moved quickly and was seamless.

enjoyed meeting with future team members and got a good sense of their collaborative environment.

It doesn't make you feel stressed and under interrogation. You'll immediately feel welcome.

The friendly approach from everyone.

Quick and to the point. No BS or weird "clever" questions. They wanted to know if I was someone who they could work with. They hire talent and coach skills.
