- What does the leadership team need to get better at?There is no parking available at the hospital. The employees have to pay a fee if they forgot to use an app to park. The volumen of work has increased by 3 times and no help has been added. The quality of patient care is decreasing due to the new leadership approach.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?better pay for RN's and having 2 CP's on very busy days. Having a circulating nurse on the floor keeps patients safe! when four call bells are ringing at the same time, how do you cut yourself in four pieces to help everybody?
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?at least $50 per hour for a RN with 2 years experience who has been loyal, dedicated and overworked!!! Keep RN's happy and we will stay with the company long time!
