What did you like most about the interview process? The questions had different scenarios
What makes you most happy at work?Talking to my patients every day
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everybody has a smile and they work well together
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There is no parking available at the hospital. The employees have to pay a fee if they forgot to use an app to park. The volumen of work has increased by 3 times and no help has been added. The quality of patient care is decreasing due to the new leadership approach.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?better pay for RN's and having 2 CP's on very busy days. Having a circulating nurse on the floor keeps patients safe! when four call bells are ringing at the same time, how do you cut yourself in four pieces to help everybody?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?at least $50 per hour for a RN with 2 years experience who has been loyal, dedicated and overworked!!! Keep RN's happy and we will stay with the company long time!
