Recognition/feedback are freely given, great communication for a larger company, the senior leadership promotes work-life balance.

The team has a great balance of skills, has great communication and are all experts in the field.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is great and the best HR director I have ever worked for. The leadership team for the most part makes the right decisions but some of them are out of touch with what is going on in the plants/fields and the employee experience.
