What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to feedback and implement solutions from employees
leading forward from the top
My direct manager is great and the best HR director I have ever worked for. The leadership team for the most part makes the right decisions but some of them are out of touch with what is going on in the plants/fields and the employee experience.
Communicates frequently, gives helpful feedback, visible, asks for input on decisions
