Recognition/feedback are freely given, great communication for a larger company, the senior leadership promotes work-life balance.

Environment encourages idea sharing, integrity/transparency are highly valued and a large emphasis is placed on employee engagement

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Remove outdated senior management team especially SVP HR who controls more than she should in her position.
