Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know the salaries of individuals in my dept and some of the VP's as well. The pay discrepancy between individuals is absolutely astonishing. I know their salaries because they had left their newly negotiated employment agreement on the copier.

Same salary for 4 years. Always the same excuses while management is enjoying the perks

The hourly wage is low

Working in the loss prevention department I feel that I am not only over worked and under paid but their is a lot of tension between the LPM and the rest of the team.
