Company does not care about its employees and is throwing people out on the street with smiles and acting like there are no issues
I am a salaried employee who has worked here more than several years. Most people tend to be nice, but when work needs get done and you need help it's a whole different story.
Same salary for 4 years. Always the same excuses while management is enjoying the perks
It was challenging every step of the way. Most of the time management save for a few good ones were not experienced enough to run a big store such as Barneys. Most issues fell on deaf ears and most recently our managers would treat us like criminals. One of my worst retail experiences
