What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A lot of individuals who are currently in management have been promoted in a very short amount of time. Promoted more than once with a year's time. It's who you know and not what you know. The smart individuals who left the company used their experience to move onto to better positions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know the salaries of individuals in my dept and some of the VP's as well. The pay discrepancy between individuals is absolutely astonishing. I know their salaries because they had left their newly negotiated employment agreement on the copier.
Same salary for 4 years. Always the same excuses while management is enjoying the perks

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All newly hired people who make it past their probationary period have become lazy do the least amount of work possible. Some people who have been there for years take advantage of this on a daily basis. Management turns a blind eye to this behavior as long as the work is done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere of people looking at the luxury clothing we have to offer.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unfortunately, the work culture cannot be fixed as there is a hidden hierarchy within the dept. It would require almost all of upper management to be replaced.
Treat employees better. Give better work areas and eating areas. Pay people the average wage that is in the corporate industry.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an easy-going, personal interview that was fairly easy.

At the time the previous management was transparent and helpful. the interview was a positive experience. I wish this could be said currently.
Basically immediate hire over the phone where you would need to come in for an onsite interview as a formality.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has declared bankruptcy and no information is being given to anyone here.
The company has filed for bankruptcy back in August 2019. Unless the company is taken over by another entity and cleans house of it's existing employees, all of management, I do not see how the company can recover.
Company has fired all relevant staff. Declaring bankruptcy and still acts like everything is ok.
