They fractured my husbands arm when they were negligent in transferring him from the bed to the operating table. He is quadriplegic and has only 20% arm movement.they did not report the incident and in his medical records they reported that HE injured his arm! Impossible he is paralyzed.

There's very little "team" spirit at BSWH as most all Dept's are disconnected + employees are lost working in isolated silos = unfortunate!
