
The fact that I know I make difference and the customer happy.
One thing for sure they need to get better at making one feel appreciated. By that I mean sitting down with their employee and show them how much positive this employee brings to their job or work area instead of focusing on trying to find a negative aspect about the way the employee works.
I feel under valued because each day I work hard and beyond my duties to make the customers happy, only to get a 10/15 cent raise while others that don’t work as hard as me get the same. I would love to get paid for how much I work. Then I would feel like I’m valued.
