Hire better people and pay your employees at least the national average.

The team is grouchy and frustrated and the supervisors do nothing to boost moral.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm on my feet for 12 plus hours a day and I would make more as a cashier at target then I do working in the hospital where we have peoples lives in our hands.
