I have been at BSW for going on 6 years in May. I have worked in different departments and had a pleasant experience in each one. I will say I have been recruited by other companies and what keeps me at BSWH is the mission, values, and my leadership. I know that I can make an impact here.

Hard working individuals, always willing to help others, always quality over quantity.

My team members and that I have the support from my leadership.

My leadership team is very open and honest. Always open to ideas and suggestions.

I love that the compensation package is effective from day one. our 401K is matched at 5%.

I do not have health benefits through BSW, but I like the company match of 5% on 401K.

My team is my second family. We are a group of unique and gifted individuals working together to be more successful every day.

We are second family and we all have areas where we are subject matter experts, when you put us all together we are a wealth of knowledge. Best team ever!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really do feel that we are in it together. There are always exceptions, but for the most part we are all working towards the same goal and want to provide the best experiences for patients and families along the way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing a great work/life balance for nurses by filling vacancies as quick as possible so that our patients receive the best care and have the best experience. I genuinely love this organization and have pride in every thing that we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is amazing and provides opportunities where we can work together and continue to learn as HR professionals. I am comfortable with the fact that there are individuals that can mentor me along the way and I learn something new every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team never settles and is always thinking outside of the box when it comes to the ever changing market. They are always looking for opportunities to move barriers out of our way so that we are more successful in our roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team has probably one of the best retention rates within the organization and that is because of our supervisor and manager. They are ALWAYS available and go out of their way to make sure we have the things that we need. I absolutely love my leadership and team!
