I am a mother of 3, spouse to an active duty soldier, and started BSWH with no experience in HR. I am very grateful for the opportunity that BSWH gave me and allow me to grow in my career, finish my BS degree, pursue my MBA, and provide for my family. I look forward to continuing on in my role.

Most of us live here locally and utilize BSWH for its products and services. We are employees yet also customers who support the mission and trust in it for ourselves and families. The team shows up for huddles and monthly regional calls prepared and ready to report out.
Work-life balance, I see the downstream impact of my role. I have a variety of specialties and regions that I cover so will there is consistency and stability, no two days look the same. I get to work remote, but I am able to visit leaders onsite, travel for conferences, and meet occasionally w/team
