Things were great for the last several years until 2021 when they threw all of Shared Services out the door.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness to toss employees to vendors like they are goodie baskets instead of human-beings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are the only good thing about this company. Great people to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our entire department was tossed aside like yesterday's jam. We are clearly not valued employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interacting with those that I would be working with day to day and not just the hiring manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You kicked us out. People are quitting left and right and y'all are just piling on the work like no tomorrow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people here are just amazing to work with. They will always put patients/members above ego in their day to day work.
