Beacon Hill Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited income potential. The more I do, the more I make.

Review from Executive Dept

The best part is the uncapped commission.

Review from HR Dept

Its uncapped based on production

Review from HR Dept

The best part is weekly pay.

Review from Sales Dept

The total earning potential including bonus and commissions.

Review from Sales Dept

Incentive driven with no limitations.

Review from Business Development Dept

It is good coverage, but it is really expensive!

Review from IT Dept

The commission potential with guaranteed base

Review from Admin Dept

The double tier commission structure and team bonus overrides. I do wish my base was higher after the tenure I've been with the company.

Review from Business Development Dept

High earning potential with uncapped commission

Review from Sales Dept

Commissions are fair and the package has never changed.

Review from Business Development Dept

There are many options to choose from.

Review from IT Dept

$200 annually at CVS and a good mental health option.

Review from Sales Dept

There is no one particular thing, instead the overall package is what i find decent.

Review from Business Development Dept

The commission plan and bonus program.

Review from Finance Dept

The best part of my compensation package is that I feel I am truly rewarded for the effort I put forth.

Review from IT Dept

The incredibly competitive and generous commission structure

Review from Business Development Dept

the ability to earn uncapped commission

Review from HR Dept

The commission is the best part. The sky is the limit when it comes to sales.

Review from Legal Dept

Ability to earn uncapped commission

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A higher base salary would be better. Even if the commission structure was changed. It would be better with our volatile economy to have more security in a higher base salary.

Review from IT Dept

The year end raise have not been adequate with market rate for my skill set.

Review from HR Dept

I think after 3 years of working here, I should be paid more than the bare minimum. I'd feel better about my compensation if they had any sort of pay increases due to tenure.

Review from IT Dept

No 401k match is absolutely outrageous, no company perks with meals, no car stipend for sales people who travel often and basically the company is cheap overall. Base salaries are low and even commission structures are low.

Review from IT Dept

I wish the base salary was higher. In a difficult job market, commission is unreliable at times. Having a higher base would make me feel much more financially secure. I make a decent living with commission but without I struggle.

Review from IT Dept

I think that this industry is a little over saturated and that Beacon Hill will survive because of the high quality work they tend to focus on such as Legal.

Review from Business Development Dept

I feel if we are expected to be available 24/7, we should be compensated accordingly

Review from Legal Dept

Our salaries are behind other companies with similar incentive structures. Doing annual raises or a blanket increase for cost of living increase would really help.

Review from IT Dept

The bonus structure is so steep so only if your business is doing extremely well do the numbers work

Review from Admin Dept

Better base and commission compensation; matching or at least contributing to 401(k)

Review from Legal Dept

I would love a higher base salary!

Review from HR Dept

I think at a certain level, prioritizing compensation on growing our teams and expanding our footprint would be helpful. And if you have been with the company for a certain number of years, 401K matching is crucial.

Review from Admin Dept

Management compensation and compensation for those entering the workforce is not competitive. We are very competitive from a commission standpoint for top individidual producers but we do not hvae competitive competition to recruit the talent that we need.

Review from Finance Dept

I am making the minimum annual salary wage for my state as an Account Executive.

Review from IT Dept

Base salary is really low for the high-cost-of-living area I live in! Really rough for the first few months as an AE before you have any business.

Review from Sales Dept

401k account with a company match, not such a high deductible health benefit plan

Review from IT Dept

401k matching would make BH benefits competitive with other companies.

Review from Sales Dept

The base salaries/draws are way too low for the industry. A manager and recruiter are paid the same and it's frustrating.

Review from Admin Dept

Compensation strucuture not competitive with our competitors. Promotions and increase in responsibilites do not come with salary increase.

Review from Business Development Dept

A higher base salary to commensurate with years of experience.
