Our compensation package really leaves nothing to be desired. We get scheduled raises and bonuses, they are diligent with making sure the compensation for our role is competitive with the market averages, and we get an amazing wellness stipend!

I feel it is a very fair and equitable compensation plan. It is reviewed annually and updates provided.

We get an annual "wellness" allowance of $1600. This can be used towards anything we deem as wellness such as a gym membership, mani/pedi, a new desk, monitors, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is terrible. They make it hard for you in every way.

Market rate salaries. Pre March 2020, BELAY had the edge on everyone else being 100% virtual and could pay less for this great benefit. Now, everyone has virtual options and BELAY is well under market rates. Given the huge growth the company has seen, coming more in line with salaries would be good

I would like the money that was promised me, that is all. I cannot be given empty promises and have my personal life depending on it and no return value from this company at all. I gave them my time and they wasted it, so I would like to be reimbursed.

If my compensation matched the number of clients on my roster, my additional responsibilities and always going above and beyond what is asked of me. I feel that the value I bring to the company is beyond what I am being paid.
