Everyone works hard and truly cares about the quality of their work. We all have the same mission and values. We also love to have a laugh and end the day on a positive note!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard but we also know how to have fun. The leadership is incredibly down to earth, knows how to laugh, and is incredibly emotionally intelligent. This trickles down with a positive effect on the entire organization's culture, tone, and mindset.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working for a product that I can believe in and that I passionately feel helps business owners and entrepreneurs live their best lives. I love our leadership and teammates and being surrounded by people that know how to both work and play hard!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders lead in a way of example, hardwork, passion, and fun! They know how to be transparent and brutally honest, but still love their teams and inspire them to do their best. At the end of the day, you are filled with love and growth!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love that it was so intentional. Some may think its strenuous because of the steps in the process or the timeline, but it is absolutely worth it. As an interviewee, I appreciated the time in making sure that it was the right fit on both ends and the various discussions involved.
