What do you like best about the leadership team?
Benching has a a very diverse leadership team that are driving a powerful vision. Making a difference - all of them!
Saji periodically gets into the day to day to ensure we are focusing on what matters most and works to smooth challenges. Our leadership team engages with customers in a meaningful way.
The leadership is sharp, direct, open to critique, and willing to admit mistakes and pivot when needed, or double down and dig in to comparative advantages.
The CEO and also the lead of PS are still very approachable.
